Our Boundaries

The NNN is bound on the Northeast by the St. Joseph River, on the South by LaSalle Avenue, on the South West by Lincolnway West and on the Northwest by the Penn Central railroad tracks.

The near northwest neighborhood includes three local historic districts: the Riverside Drive Historic District, the Riverbend Historic District, and the Chapin Park Historic District. In addition to the Near Northwest Neighborhood, Inc. which is a membership organization open and free to all residents, the Chapin Park Historic District also has its own neighborhood group and website.
