Over the course of several months last year, residents participated in three Community Education & Engagement Forums as part of a process to create the NNN’s Five Year Housing Strategy.

As a result of these community forums, four housing priorities were identified as areas for the NNN to focus its future efforts. The priorties are:

Reinvestment and rehabilitation of existing homes,

Property tax,

Vacant and abandoned properties, and

Teaching home maintenance and repair.

The NNN and the Indiana Association for Community Economic Development (IACED) would like to invite residents to attend the Community Forum Report Back Session. Plan on attending so you can hear the results of the community forums and learn about the NNN’s Five Year Housing Strategy.
