Chief Darryl Boykins, newly appointed Chief of Police for the South Bend Police Department, will be present to discuss some of his plans for the department.

Chief Boykins has been a member of the South Bend Police Department for the past 24 years. Chief Boykins has a strong interest in seeing our community's youth succeed, as such he has developed a Tennis Program and the South Bend Boxing & Education Program.
