Homebuyer Eligibility

Persons who are interested in purchasing one of the income-restricted homes must meet the following income guidelines. Eligibility is determined through the applicants W2 forms for the previous two (2) years AND original pay stubs for the prior thirty (30) days showing year-to-date income for each employed member of the household. Applicants must also provide copies of any income from child support, pensions, social security, or public assistance.
