Homes for Sale
At any given time, the NNN may have a number of homes for sale in the neighborhood. The vast majority of these homes have been rehabbed and furnished with a new roof, a new high energy furnace, and a new water heater. These homes are available for sale to any individual who meets certain Income Eligibility requirements and who is able to obtain traditional financing. The rare exception to these requirements are homes that have been refurbished through private donations - these are available to any homebuyer regardless of income.
In addition, the NNN has also begun new construction in the neighborhood. These homes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. As an additional incentive, these home have mortgage subsidies available through our New Construction Homebuyer's Program.
