How to Apply

Interested in a NNN Home?!

Applying is simple!  Just follow these steps:

• Contact the NNN at (574) 232-9182 and speak with Karen Ainsley to learn more about the NNN Housing Program and its guidelines.

• Submit a completed housing application.  Click here for the application.  Print it out and bring it to the NNN Offices at 1007 Portage Ave. or mail it to:  NNN, Inc. (Attn: Karen Ainsley), P.O. Box 1132, South Bend, IN 46624

• Once the application is reviewed and you are determined to be eligible, you will be placed on the list for a NNN Home.

• It is first come first serve, so the sooner a completed application is received the sooner you could have your very own home!
