Interested in Participating in the Arts Café?
The Arts Café is a celebration featuring neighborhood and local artists with a variety of artistic, musical, and culinary talents. Additionally, the Arts Café provides housing tours which take place in beautiful houses that have been, or are in the process of being, rehabilitated by the Near Northwest Neighborhood, Inc. (NNN). Artists, Musicians and Culinary Folk will gather in and around the NNN Offices in the 1000 Blocks of Portage Avenue, and 900 and 1000 blocks of California. It is a rain or shine event.
The Arts Café attracts a broad range of local talent – from chefs to artists, musicians, and craftspeople – and a number of area residents attend or volunteer. Past crowds have drawn over 1,200 people to the neighborhood to enjoy the homes and tents that line the walks filled with area artists’ work.
We need volunteers before, during and after Arts Café. Please call the office at (574) 232-9182 for information. Kid Zone volunteers can find information at artscafe.org.
Artists, Musicians, Food Providers
We welcome artists! If you are an artist, there is a small fee for space. This donation helps to cover a portion of the cost of the event. All profits made from sales will go to you: the fine artists and craftspeople. There is no fee for the participating musicians, food providers or information-only community booths.
If you are an artist interested in participating, please contact us in the Summer of 2022 for an application. Close to the date of the event, you will be contacted with your placement and other final details. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at (574) 232-9182 or email email@example.com
If you are a Musician, Community Information Booth or Food Provider, please contact the office directly at (574) 232-9182.
Spaces are assigned, first applied/paid – first reserved.
We hope to see you at the next Arts Café!
