NNN Rental Properties – New and Rehabbed properties

The NNN is working to expand affordable rentals for Low to Moderate Income Tenants in our area. We have 1- and 2-bedroom rentals available periodically and 3-bedroom rentals more rarely. None of our rental properties are single homes.

We are pre-qualifying interested tenants for our properties, for when they come available. No pets or smoking allowed. Income qualified applicants need to update their application completely with major financial/life changes or every six months with some minor recent documentation about income, taxes and financial accounts.

We have rentals at:

  1. 821 Cushing Four-Plex: Four, two-bedroom new apartments, two upstairs and two downstairs. Max occupancy of four people in each 788 sq. ft. unit. Shared laundry machines on site. All standard kitchen appliances. All standard utilities paid by owner. $900/month plus $900 deposit with a one-year lease. No pets and no smoking.

  2. 914 Sherman Duplex. Two, two-bedroom new townhome style rentals. Available Fall to Winter 2023-2024. Max occupancy of four people in each 900 sq. ft unit. All standard kitchen appliances. All standard utilities paid by owner. Laundry hook-ups available in in finished, private basement. $900/month plus $900 deposit with a one-year lease. No pets and no smoking.

  3. 1017 DeMaude. Two, two-bedroom new townhome style rentals. Available Fall to Winter 2023-2024. Max occupancy of four people in each 900 sq. ft unit. All standard kitchen appliances. All standard utilities paid by owner. Laundry hook-ups available in in finished, private basement. $900/month plus $900 deposit with a one-year lease. No pets and no smoking.

  4. 608/610 Cottage Grove. Three bedroom, one bath duplex. Max occupancy of five people. All standard kitchen appliances. All standard utilities paid by owner. No laundry. $550/month plus $550 deposit with a one-year lease. No pets and no smoking.

  5. Five efficiency singles above the NNN. Max occupancy of one person. All standard kitchen appliances. All standard utilities paid by owner. No laundry. $550/month plus $550 deposit with a one-year lease. No pets and no smoking.

  6. Future plans include a Duplex and a Single at 701 Harrison. Anticipated completion in 2025-2026.

Interested? Tenants must meet HUD low-to-moderate income qualification thresholds. Not all our properties are eligible for Section 8 funding. Ask the office to be sure.
